Genetically Modified Organisms In Aquatic Environments

Alberto Degiovanni, Haley Meyer, Cheyanne Urso

GMOEffects is a scholarly discussion identifying some of the major areas that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) affect in aquatic environments. The negative, neutral, and positive potential effects are identified to increase awareness and education on this topic. The cellular, organismal, and ecological areas of biology are analyzed, with the integration focusing on a case study of Atlantic salmon.
